Poti Volunteers connects people who want to help with organisations that need help: schools, kindergartens, NGOs, city services and local initiatives.

How it works

• An organisation publishes a request: what needs doing, when, and how many people it needs.
• A volunteer fills in a profile — languages, skills, free time — and applies.
• Once both sides agree, contact details become visible and you can message each other.

Frequently asked questions

Who can see volunteer profiles?

Only organisations approved by the administrator. Guests and organisations that are not yet approved cannot see profiles. Contact details are shared only after both sides agree.

How does approval work?

Organisations are checked and approved manually by the administrator; their requests appear on the platform only after approval. Volunteers are active immediately after registration.

Languages

The site runs in Georgian, English and German. User texts are shown in the author's language until a translation exists.
